Praise

  Praise
  GEN 14:20
   And blessed
       be the most high God,
      which hath delivered
          thine enemies
             into thy hand.

   And he
       gave him tithes of all.
  EXO 15:1
   Then sang Moses
          and the children
             of Israel
                this song
                   unto the LORD,
                  and spake,
                     saying,
                  I will sing
                     unto the LORD,
                        for he
         hath triumphed gloriously:
      the horse
         and his rider
       hath
            he thrown
               into the sea.
  EXO 15:2
   The LORD
       is my strength
           and song,
      and
         he is become
            my salvation:
      he is my God,
         and
        I will prepare him
           an habitation;
      my father's God,
         and
        I will exalt him.
  EXO 15:3
   The LORD
       is a man
             of war:
      the LORD is his name.
  EXO 15:4
   Pharaoh's chariots
        and his host
       hath
            he cast
               into the sea:
      his chosen captains
         also are drowned
            in the Red sea.
  EXO 15:5
   The depths
         have covered them:
      they sank into the bottom
          as a stone.
  EXO 15:6
   Thy right hand,
      O LORD,
         is become glorious
            in power:
      thy right hand,
         O LORD,
      hath dashed
          in pieces the enemy.
  EXO 15:7
   And
        in the greatness
           of thine excellency
        thou hast overthrown them
           that rose up
          against thee:
      thou sentest forth thy wrath,
         which consumed them
            as stubble.
  EXO 15:8
   And
        with the blast
           of thy nostrils
              the waters
             were gathered together,
      the floods
         stood upright
            as an heap,
      and the depths
         were congealed
            in the heart
               of the sea.
  EXO 15:9
   The enemy said,
      I will pursue,
         I will overtake,
      I will divide
         the spoil;
      my lust
         shall be satisfied upon them;
      I will draw
         my sword,
      my hand
         shall destroy them.
  EXO 15:10
   Thou didst blow
          with thy wind,
      the sea
         covered them:
      they sank
         as lead
            in the mighty waters.
  EXO 15:11
   Who is like
          unto thee,
             O LORD,
          among the gods?
             who is like thee,
          glorious
             in holiness,
          fearful in praises,
             doing wonders?
  EXO 15:12
   Thou stretchedst
          out thy
         right hand,
      the earth
         swallowed them.
  EXO 15:13
   Thou in thy mercy
       hast led
          forth the people which
        thou hast redeemed:
      thou hast guided them
          in thy strength
             unto thy holy habitation.
  EXO 15:14
   The people
       shall hear,
      and be afraid:
         sorrow
       shall take
          hold on the inhabitants
             of Palestina.
  EXO 15:15
   Then the dukes
       of Edom
          shall be amazed;
      the mighty men
          of Moab,
      trembling shall take
         hold upon them;
      all the inhabitants
          of Canaan
       shall melt away.
  EXO 15:16
   Fear and dread
         shall fall upon them;
      by the greatness
          of thine
         arm
        they shall be
           as still as a stone;
      till thy people
         pass over,
            O LORD,
          till the people pass over,
             which thou
       hast purchased.
  EXO 15:17
   Thou
        shalt bring them in,
      and plant them
          in the mountain
             of thine inheritance,
          in the place,
             O LORD,
          which thou
       hast made
          for thee
             to dwell in,
          in the Sanctuary, O LORD,
             which thy
       hands
          have established.
  EXO 15:18
   The LORD
       shall reign
          for ever and ever.
  EXO 15:19
   For the horse
          of Pharaoh
       went in
          with his chariots
              and with his horsemen
          into the sea,
      and the LORD
         brought again
            the waters
               of the sea
              upon them;
      but the children
          of Israel
       went on
             dry
         land in the midst
            of the sea.
  EXO 15:21
   And Miriam
       answered them,
      Sing
         ye to the LORD,
            for he
         hath triumphed gloriously;
      the horse
         and his rider
       hath
            he thrown
               into the sea.
  DEU 10:21
   He is
         thy praise,
      and
         he is thy God,
      that hath done
          for thee
              these great
                 and terrible things,
      which thine
         eyes
            have seen.
  JDG 5:1
   Then sang Deborah
          and Barak
              the son
                 of Abinoam
              on that day,
                 saying,

  JDG 5:2
   Praise
        ye the LORD
           for the avenging
              of Israel,
      when the people
         willingly offered themselves.
  JDG 5:3
   Hear,
      O ye kings;
         give ear,
      O ye princes;
         I,
      even I,
         will sing
            unto the LORD;
      I will sing
         praise
            to the LORD God
               of Israel.
  SA1 2:1
   And Hannah prayed,
      and said,
         My heart
            rejoiceth in the LORD,
      mine horn
         is exalted
            in the LORD:
      my mouth
         is enlarged
            over mine enemies;
      because
         I rejoice
            in thy salvation.
  SA1 2:2
   There is none holy
         as the LORD:
for there is none beside thee:
      neither is there
         any rock like
            our God.
  SA1 2:3
   Talk
        no more so
           exceeding proudly;
      let not
         arrogancy
             come
          out of your mouth:
             for the LORD
                is a God
                   of knowledge,
      and by him actions
         are weighed.
  SA1 2:4
   The bows
          of the mighty men
       are broken,
      and they
         that stumbled
       are girded
          with strength.
  SA1 2:5
   They that
       were full
          have hired
             out themselves
                for bread;
      and they
         that were hungry ceased:
      so that
         the barren
             hath born seven;
      and she that
         hath
        many children
           is waxed feeble.
  SA1 2:6
   The LORD killeth,
      and maketh alive:
         he bringeth down
            to the grave,
      and
         bringeth up.
  SA1 2:7
   The LORD
       maketh poor,
      and maketh rich:
         he bringeth low,
      and
         lifteth up.
  SA1 2:8
   He raiseth up the poor
          out of the dust,
      and lifteth up the beggar
         from the dunghill,
      to set them
          among princes,
      and to make them
         inherit the throne
            of glory:
               for the pillars
                  of the earth
       are the LORD's,
      and he
         hath set
            the world
          upon them.
  SA1 2:9
   He will keep the feet
         of his saints,
      and the wicked
         shall be silent
            in darkness;
               for by strength
       shall
          no man prevail.
  SA1 2:10
   The adversaries
          of the LORD
         shall be broken
            to pieces;
      out of heaven shall
         he thunder upon them:
      the LORD
         shall judge
            the ends
               of the earth;
      and
         he shall give strength
            unto his king,
      and exalt
          the horn
             of his anointed.
  SA2 22:1
   And David
       spake unto the LORD
          the words
             of this song
                in the day
                   that the LORD
             had delivered him
                out of the hand
                   of all
                  his enemies,
      and
         out of the hand
            of Saul:
  SA2 22:2
   And he said,
      The LORD
         is my rock,
            and my fortress,
               and my deliverer;
  SA2 22:3
   The God
          of my rock;
      in him will
         I trust:
      he is my shield,
         and the horn
            of my salvation,
          my high tower,
             and my refuge,
                my saviour;
      thou savest me
          from violence.
  SA2 22:4
   I will call on
         the LORD,
      who is worthy
         to be praised:
      so shall
         I be saved
            from mine enemies.
  CH1 16:8
   Give thanks
          unto the LORD,
      call
         upon his name,
      make known
          his deeds
             among the people.
  CH1 16:9
   Sing unto him,
      sing psalms
          unto him,
      talk
         ye of all
            his wondrous works.
  CH1 16:10
   Glory
        ye in his holy name:
      let the heart
          of them rejoice
        that seek
           the LORD.
  CH1 16:11
   Seek the LORD
          and his strength,
      seek
         his face
            continually.
  CH1 16:12
   Remember his marvellous
       works that
          he hath done,
             his wonders,
                and the judgments
                   of his mouth;
  CH1 16:13
   O ye
         seed
            of Israel
          his servant,
      ye children
          of Jacob,
      his chosen ones.
  CH1 16:14
   He is the LORD
          our God;
      his judgments
         are in all
            the earth.
  CH1 16:15
   Be ye mindful
          always of his covenant;
      the word
         which he
            commanded
           to a thousand generations;
  CH1 16:16
   Even of the covenant which
         he made
            with Abraham,
      and of his oath
          unto Isaac;
  CH1 16:17
   And hath confirmed
          the same
             to Jacob
                for a law,
      and to Israel
          for an everlasting covenant,

  CH1 16:18
   Saying,
      Unto thee
         will
        I give
           the land
              of Canaan,
      the lot
          of your inheritance;
  CH1 16:19
   When ye
       were
          but few,
             even a few,
          and strangers in it.
  CH1 16:20
   And
        when
they went from nation to nation,
      and
         from one kingdom
            to another people;
  CH1 16:21
   He suffered no man
         to do them wrong:
      yea,
         he reproved kings
            for their sakes,

  CH1 16:22
   Saying,
      Touch
         not mine anointed,
      and do
         my prophets no harm.
  CH1 16:23
   Sing
        unto the LORD,
      all the earth;
         shew forth
from day to day his salvation.
  CH1 16:24
   Declare his glory
          among the heathen;
      his marvellous works
          among all nations.
  CH1 16:25
   For great
       is the LORD,
      and greatly
         to be praised:
      he also is
to be feared above all gods.
  CH1 16:26
   For all the gods
          of the people
         are idols:
      but the LORD
         made the heavens.
  CH1 16:27
   Glory
        and honour
       are in his presence;
      strength
          and gladness
         are in his place.
  CH1 16:28
   Give
        unto the LORD,
      ye kindreds
          of the people,
      give
         unto the LORD glory
            and strength.
  CH1 16:29
   Give
unto the LORD the glory due
           unto his name:
      bring an offering,
         and come
        before him:
      worship the LORD
          in the beauty
              of holiness.
  CH1 16:30
   Fear before him,
      all the earth:
         the world
       also shall be stable,
      that it
         be not moved.
  CH1 16:31
   Let the heavens
         be glad,
      and let
         the earth rejoice:
      and let men
         say
            among the nations,
      The LORD reigneth.
  CH1 16:32
   Let the sea roar,
      and the fulness
         thereof:
      let the fields rejoice,
         and all that is
            therein.
  CH1 16:33
   Then shall
        the trees
           of the wood
       sing out
          at the presence
              of the LORD,
      because
         he
            cometh to judge
          the earth.
  CH1 16:34
   O give
       thanks
          unto the LORD;
             for he
       is good;
          for his mercy
             endureth for ever.
  CH1 16:35
   And say ye,
      Save us,
         O God
            of our salvation,
      and
         gather us together,
      and deliver us
         from the heathen,
      that we
         may give
            thanks
          to thy holy name,
      and glory
          in thy praise.
  CH1 16:36
   Blessed
         be
            the LORD God
               of Israel
                  for ever and ever.

   And all
          the people said,
             Amen,
          and praised
         the LORD.
  CH1 23:30
   And
        to stand every morning
           to thank
              and praise
             the LORD,
      and likewise
          at even:
  CH1 29:10
   Wherefore
         David
            blessed
          the LORD
             before all
          the congregation:
      and David said,
         Blessed be thou,
      LORD God
          of Israel our father,
             for ever
          and ever.
  CH1 29:11
   Thine,
      O LORD
         is the greatness,
            and the power,
               and the glory,
                  and the victory,
                     and the majesty:
                        for all that is
                           in the heaven
              and in the earth
           is thine;
      thine is the kingdom,
         O LORD,
      and
         thou art
            exalted as head above all.
  CH1 29:12
   Both riches
         and honour
       come of thee,
      and
         thou reignest over all;
      and in thine hand
         is power
       and might;
      and in thine hand
         it is
            to make great,
      and
         to give strength
            unto all.
  CH1 29:13
   Now therefore,
      our God,
         we thank thee,
      and praise
          thy glorious name.
  CH1 29:14
   But who
       am I,
      and
         what is my people,
      that we
         should be able
            to offer so
          willingly after this sort?
             for all
         things
             come
                of thee,
      and of thine
         own
       have
            we given thee.
  CH1 29:15
   For we
       are strangers
          before thee,
             and sojourners,
                as were all our fathers:
                   our days
                      on the earth
         are as a shadow,
      and there is none abiding.
  CH1 29:16
   O LORD our God,
      all this store that
         we have prepared
            to build
               thee an house
                  for thine
            holy name
         cometh of thine hand,
      and is all
         thine own.
  CH1 29:17
   I know also,
      my God,
         that thou
       triest the heart,
      and hast pleasure
          in uprightness.

   As for me,
      in the uprightness
          of mine heart
        I have willingly offered all
           these things:
      and now have
         I seen
            with joy thy people,
      which are present here,
         to offer willingly
            unto thee.
  CH1 29:18
   O LORD God
          of Abraham, Isaac,
             and of Israel,
                our fathers,
          keep this for
             ever in the imagination
                of the thoughts
                   of the heart
                      of thy people,
          and prepare
             their heart
          unto thee:
  CH1 29:19
   And give
         unto Solomon my son
            a perfect heart,
      to keep
          thy commandments,
             thy testimonies,
                and thy statutes,
          and to do all
             these things,
          and to build
             the palace,
                for the which
        I have made provision.
  CH2 5:13
   It came even
          to pass,
      as the trumpeters
          and singers
         were as one,
      to make
          one sound
         to be heard
            in praising
       and thanking
          the LORD;
      and
         when they
            lifted
          up their voice
              with the trumpets
                  and cymbals
                      and instruments
                          of musick,
      and praised
         the LORD,
            saying,
          For he
       is good;
          for his mercy
             endureth for ever:
      that then the house
         was filled
            with a cloud,
      even the house
          of the LORD;
  CH2 7:3
   And
        when all
           the children
              of Israel
         saw how the fire
             came down,
      and the glory
          of the LORD
              upon the house,
      they bowed themselves
          with their faces
              to the ground
                 upon the pavement,
              and worshipped,
                 and praised
         the LORD,
              saying,
                 For he
       is good;
          for his mercy
             endureth for ever.
  NEH 9:5
   Then the Levites, Jeshua,
      and Kadmiel, Bani,
         Hashabniah, Sherebiah,
      Hodijah, Shebaniah,
         and Pethahiah,
      said,
         Stand up
            and bless
          the LORD your God
             for ever
                and ever:
      and blessed
         be thy glorious name,
      which is
         exalted above
            all blessing
         and praise.
  NEH 9:6
   Thou,
      even thou,
         art LORD alone;
      thou hast made
         heaven,
      the heaven
          of heavens,
      with all their host,
         the earth,
      and all things
         that are therein,
      the seas,
         and all that is
            therein,
      and
         thou preservest them all;
      and
         the host
            of heaven
         worshippeth thee.
  JOB 36:24
   Remember that thou
       magnify his work,
      which men behold.
  JOB 38:7
   When the morning stars
         sang together,
      and all
          the sons
             of God
           shouted for joy?
  PSA 7:17
   I will praise
          the LORD

            to the name
               of the LORD most high.
  PSA 8:2
   Out of the mouth
          of babes
              and sucklings
                 hast
        thou ordained strength

            the enemy
               and the avenger.

         of the congregation
       will
          I praise thee.
  PSA 22:23
   Ye that fear
          the LORD,
      praise him;
         all
            ye the seed
               of Jacob,
      glorify him;
         and fear him,
      all
         ye the seed
            of Israel.

   Lift
        up your heads,
      O ye gates;

      ye everlasting doors;
         and the King
            of glory
       shall come in.
  PSA 24:8

       and mighty,
      the LORD mighty
          in battle.

   Lift
        up your heads,

       shall come in.

       be the LORD,
      because
         he hath heard
            the voice
               of my supplications.
  PSA 28:7
   The LORD
       is my strength
          and my shield;
      my heart
         trusted in him,
      and I
         am helped:
      therefore my heart
         greatly rejoiceth;
      and with my song
         will I praise him.
  PSA 30:4
   Sing
        unto the LORD,

         are upright
            in heart.

          with harp:
      sing unto him
          with the psaltery
              and an instrument
                  of ten strings.

   Sing unto him a new song;
      play skilfully
          with a loud noise.

   I will bless
          the LORD
       at all times:
      his praise
         shall continually be
            in my mouth.
  PSA 34:2
   My soul
       shall make
          her boast
             in the LORD:
      the humble
         shall hear thereof,
      and be glad.

   O magnify
          the LORD
             with me,
      and let us

       be the LORD God
          of Israel
              from everlasting,
      and to everlasting.

   Amen,
      and Amen.
  PSA 42:4
   When
        I remember
           these things,
      I pour
          out my soul in me:
             for I
       had gone
          with the multitude,
      I went with them
          to the house
             of God,
      with the voice
          of joy
         and praise,
      with a multitude
         that kept
             holyday.
  PSA 43:3
   O send out thy
         light
            and thy truth:
      let them
         lead me;
      let them
         bring me
            unto thy holy hill,
      and to thy tabernacles.
  PSA 43:4
   Then will
        I go
           unto the altar
              of God,
      unto God
         my exceeding joy:

         upon the harp
       will
          I praise thee,
      O God my God.

          to God,
      sing praises:
         sing praises
            unto our King,
      sing praises.
  PSA 47:7
   For God
       is the King
          of all the earth:
      sing
         ye praises
            with understanding.
  PSA 48:1
   Great is the LORD,
      and greatly
         to be praised
            in the city
               of our God,
      in the mountain
          of his holiness.
  PSA 50:23
   Whoso
       offereth
          praise
       glorifieth me:
      and to him
         that
             ordereth
                 his conversation
                    aright will
            I shew
               the salvation
                  of God.
  PSA 51:15

         my lips;
      and my mouth
         shall shew
             forth thy praise.
  PSA 52:9
   I will praise thee
          for ever,
      because
         thou hast done it:

       is good
          before thy saints.
  PSA 56:10
   In God
       will
          I praise
         his word:
      in the LORD
         will
        I praise
           his word.
  PSA 57:7
   My heart
       is fixed,
          O God,
             my heart
       is fixed:
      I will sing
         and give praise.
  PSA 57:8
   Awake up,
      my glory;
         awake,
      psaltery
         and harp:
      I myself
         will awake early.

   I will praise thee,
      O Lord,
         among the people:
      I will sing
          unto thee
             among the nations.
  PSA 61:8
   So will
        I sing
             praise unto thy
                name for ever,
      that I
         may daily perform
            my vows.
  PSA 63:3
   Because
        thy lovingkindness
           is better
         than life,
      my lips
         shall praise thee.
  PSA 63:4
   Thus
       will
          I bless thee
        while I live:
      I will lift
          up my hands in
         thy name.
  PSA 63:5
   My soul
       shall be satisfied as
          with marrow
              and fatness;
      and my mouth
         shall praise thee
       with joyful lips:
  PSA 63:6
   When
        I remember thee
           upon my bed,
      and meditate
          on thee
             in the night watches.
  PSA 65:1
   Praise
       waiteth for thee,
          O God,
             in Sion:
      and unto thee
         shall
            the vow
               be performed.
  PSA 66:1
   Make a joyful noise
          unto God,
      all ye lands:
  PSA 66:2
   Sing forth the honour
          of his name:
      make his praise glorious.
  PSA 66:3
   Say unto God,
      How terrible art
         thou in thy works!
      through the greatness
         of thy
            power
       shall
          thine enemies
             submit themselves
                unto thee.
  PSA 66:4
   All the earth
         shall worship thee,
      and shall sing
          unto thee;
      they
         shall sing to thy name.

   Selah.
  PSA 66:8
   O bless our God,
      ye people,
         and make
            the voice
               of his praise
         to be heard:
  PSA 67:3
   Let the people praise thee,
      O God;
         let all
            the people praise thee.
  PSA 67:4
   O let
         the nations
             be glad
          and sing for joy:
             for thou
       shalt judge
           the people
               righteously,
      and govern
          the nations
             upon earth.

   Selah.
  PSA 68:4
   Sing unto God,
      sing praises
          to his name:
      extol him that
         rideth upon the heavens
            by his name JAH,
      and rejoice
         before him.
  PSA 68:26

        ye God
           in the congregations,

   Sing unto God,
      ye kingdoms
          of the earth;
      O sing
         praises
            unto the Lord;
      Selah:
  PSA 68:33
   To him
        that rideth upon the heavens
           of heavens,
      which were of old;
         lo,
      he doth send
          out his voice,
      and
         that a mighty voice.
  PSA 68:34
   Ascribe

          and earth
             praise him,
                the seas,
                   and every thing
        that moveth
           therein.
  PSA 70:4
   Let all those
        that seek thee
       rejoice and be glad
          in thee:

         such as
             love thy salvation
           say continually,
      Let God
         be magnified.
  PSA 71:8
   Let my mouth
       be filled
          with thy
             praise
          and
             with thy

            and more.

   My mouth
       shall shew
          forth thy righteousness
              and thy salvation all
                 the day;
                    for I
                       know not the numbers
             thereof.
  PSA 71:22
   I will also praise thee
          with the psaltery,
             even thy truth,
                O my God:
      unto thee
         will
        I sing
           with the harp,
      O thou Holy One
          of Israel.

   Unto thee,
      O God,
         do we
       give thanks,

         do
        we give thanks:
           for that
        thy name
           is near thy
              wondrous works declare.
  PSA 79:13
   So we
          thy people
             and sheep
                of thy
         pasture
       will give
          thee thanks
             for ever:
      we will shew
          forth thy
         praise
            to all generations.

       of rejoicing

         of the LORD
       doeth valiantly.
  PSA 118:28
   Thou art
          my God,
      and
         I will praise thee:

          my God,
      I will exalt thee.
  PSA 118:29

   I will worship
          toward thy holy temple,
      and praise thy

       be the LORD my strength
          which teacheth
             my hands to war,
      and my fingers
          to fight:
  PSA 144:2
   My goodness,
      and my fortress;
         my high tower,
            and my deliverer;
               my shield,
      and
         he in whom
            I trust;
      who subdueth
          my people
             under me.
  PSA 144:9
   I will sing
        a new song
           unto thee,
      O God:
         upon a psaltery

         an instrument
            of ten strings
       will
          I sing
             praises unto thee.

   I will speak
          of the glorious honour
              of thy majesty,

       upholdeth all
          that fall,
      and raiseth
          up all
              those that
             be bowed down.
  PSA 145:15
   The eyes
         of all wait
            upon thee;

         thou givest them
            their meat
          in due season.

   Thou openest thine hand,
      and satisfiest
         the desire
            of every living thing.

   My mouth
       shall speak
          the praise
             of the LORD:

            unto my God
        while I
             have any being.
  PSA 146:3
   Put not
          your trust
         in princes,
      nor

            of man,
      in whom there is
          no help.
  PSA 146:4
   His breath
         goeth forth,
      he returneth to his earth;

   Happy is he that
       hath the God
          of Jacob
              for his help,
      whose hope
         is in the LORD
            his God:
  PSA 146:6
   Which made heaven,
      and earth,
         the sea,
      and all
         that therein is:
      which keepeth truth
          for ever:
  PSA 146:7
   Which executeth judgment
          for the oppressed:
      which giveth food
          to the hungry.

   The LORD
       looseth the prisoners:
  PSA 146:8
   The LORD
       openeth
          the eyes
             of the blind:
      the LORD
         raiseth them
            that are bowed down:
      the LORD
         loveth the righteous:
  PSA 146:9

          of the wicked
        he turneth upside down.

      and praise
         is comely.

      and
         of great power:
      his understanding
         is infinite.

          with thanksgiving;
      sing praise
          upon the harp
              unto our God:
  PSA 147:8
   Who covereth the heaven
          with clouds,

         rain
            for the earth,
      who maketh grass
         to grow
            upon the mountains.

            of thy gates;
      he hath blessed
          thy children
             within thee.
  PSA 147:14
   He maketh peace
          in thy borders,
      and filleth thee
          with the finest
              of the wheat.
  PSA 147:15
   He sendeth forth his commandment
          upon earth:
      his word
         runneth
            very swiftly.

   He giveth
         snow like wool:
he scattereth the hoarfrost like ashes.

      who can stand
          before his cold?

      and melteth them:
         he causeth his wind
            to blow,

           for he
         hath done
             excellent things:
      this is known
          in all the earth.
  ISA 12:6
   Cry out and shout,
      thou inhabitant
          of Zion:
             for great
                is the Holy One
                   of Israel
              in the midst
                  of thee.
  ISA 24:14
   They shall lift
          up their voice,
they shall sing for the majesty
          of the LORD,
      they shall cry aloud
          from the sea.
  ISA 24:15
   Wherefore glorify
        ye the LORD
           in the fires,
      even the name
          of the LORD God
              of Israel
                  in the isles
                      of the sea.
  ISA 24:16
   From the uttermost part
          of the earth
       have
            we heard songs,
      even glory
          to the righteous.

   But I said,
      My leanness,
         my leanness,
      woe unto me!
         the treacherous dealers
            have dealt treacherously;
      yea,
         the treacherous dealers
            have dealt
               very treacherously.
  ISA 25:1
   O Lord,
      thou art
          my God;
      I will exalt thee,
         I will praise
            thy name;
               for thou
       hast done
           wonderful things;
      thy counsels of old
         are faithfulness
            and truth.
  ISA 35:10
   And the ransomed
          of the LORD
       shall return,
      and come
          to Zion
              with songs
                  and everlasting joy
                      upon their heads:
      they shall obtain
         joy and gladness,
      and sorrow
         and sighing
       shall flee away.
  ISA 38:18
   For the grave
       cannot praise thee,
      death can not celebrate thee:
         they
        that go down
           into the pit
       cannot hope
          for thy truth.
  ISA 38:19
   The living,
      the living,
         he shall praise thee,
      as I
         do this day:
      the father
          to the children
       shall make
           known
         thy truth.
  ISA 42:10
   Sing
        unto the LORD
            a new song,
      and his praise
          from the end
              of the earth,
      ye that go down
          to the sea,
      and all that is
         therein;
      the isles,
         and the inhabitants
            thereof.
  ISA 42:11
   Let the wilderness
          and the cities
         thereof lift
            up their voice,
      the villages that Kedar
         doth inhabit:
      let
         the inhabitants
            of the rock sing,
      let them
         shout
            from the top
               of the mountains.
  ISA 42:12
   Let them
       give glory
          unto the LORD,
      and declare
          his praise
             in the islands.
  ISA 43:21
   This people
       have
            I formed
               for myself;
      they shall shew
          forth my praise.
  ISA 49:13
   Sing,
      O heavens;
         and be joyful,
      O earth;
         and break forth
            into singing,
      O mountains:
         for the LORD
       hath comforted
          his people,
      and will have mercy
          upon his afflicted.
  ISA 51:3
   For the LORD
       shall comfort Zion:
      he will comfort
         all her waste places;
      and he
         will make
             her wilderness like Eden,
      and her desert like
         the garden
            of the LORD;
      joy
         and gladness
            shall be found
         therein,
            thanksgiving,
               and the voice
                  of melody.
  ISA 52:7
   How beautiful
       upon the mountains
          are
         the feet
            of him that
           bringeth good tidings,
      that publisheth peace;
         that bringeth good tidings
            of good,
      that publisheth salvation;
         that saith unto Zion,
      Thy God reigneth!
  ISA 52:8
   Thy watchmen
       shall lift
          up the voice;
      with the voice
         together shall
        they sing:
           for they
       shall see eye to eye,
      when the LORD
         shall bring again Zion.
  ISA 52:9
   Break forth
          into joy,
             sing together,
          ye waste
       places
          of Jerusalem:
             for the LORD
       hath comforted
          his people,
      he hath redeemed
         Jerusalem.
  ISA 52:10
   The LORD
       hath made
             bare his holy arm
                in the eyes
                   of all the nations;
      and all
          the ends
             of the earth
       shall see
          the salvation
             of our God.
  ISA 61:3
   To appoint
          unto them that
         mourn in Zion,
      to give
          unto them beauty
             for ashes,
      the oil
         of joy
            for mourning,
      the garment
         of praise
            for the spirit
               of heaviness;
      that they
         might be called trees
            of righteousness,
      the planting
          of the LORD,
      that he
         might be glorified.
  JER 31:7
   For thus
       saith the LORD;
      Sing
         with gladness
            for Jacob,
      and shout
          among the chief
             of the nations:
      publish ye,
         praise ye,
      and say,
         O LORD,
            save thy people,
               the remnant
                  of Israel.
  JER 33:11
   The voice of joy,
      and the voice
          of gladness,
      the voice
          of the bridegroom,
      and the voice
          of the bride,
      the voice
          of them that
       shall say,
      Praise the LORD
          of hosts:
             for the LORD
       is good;
          for his mercy
             endureth for ever:
      and of them that
         shall bring the sacrifice
             of praise
                into the house
                   of the LORD.

   For I
       will cause
          to return the captivity
             of the land,
      as at the first,
         saith the LORD.
  EZE 3:12
   Then the spirit
         took me up,
      and I
         heard
            behind me a voice
               of a great rushing,
          saying,
             Blessed
                be the glory
                   of the LORD
                      from his place.
  DAN 2:20
   Daniel
       answered
          and said,
      Blessed
         be
            the name
               of God
                  for ever
                     and ever:
                        for wisdom
       and might
           are his:
  DAN 2:23
   I thank thee,
      and praise thee,
         O thou God
            of my fathers,
      who hast given me wisdom
         and might,
      and hast made
         known unto me now
        what we
           desired
              of thee:
                 for thou
       hast now made
known unto us the king's matter.
  DAN 4:37
   Now I Nebuchadnezzar
         praise
       and extol
             and honour
          the King
             of heaven,
      all whose works
         are truth,
      and his ways judgment:
         and
            those that walk
          in pride
        he is able
           to abase.
  JON 2:9
   But
        I will sacrifice
           unto thee
          with the voice
              of thanksgiving;
      I will pay
         that that
        I have vowed.

   Salvation
       is of the LORD.
  MAT 26:30
   And
        when
            they had sung
               an hymn,
      they went out
          into the mount
              of Olives.
  LUK 1:46
   And Mary said,
      My soul
         doth magnify
            the Lord,

  LUK 1:47
   And my spirit
         hath rejoiced
            in God
          my Saviour.
  LUK 1:48
   For he
         hath regarded
            the low estate
               of his handmaiden:
                  for,
      behold,
         from henceforth all generations
       shall call me blessed.
  LUK 1:49
   For he
         that is mighty
       hath done
          to me great things;
      and holy
         is his name.
  LUK 1:50
   And his mercy
is on them that fear him
            from generation to generation.
  LUK 1:51
   He hath shewed strength
          with his arm;
      he hath scattered
          the proud
             in the imagination
                of their hearts.
  LUK 1:52
   He hath put down
          the mighty
             from their seats,
      and exalted them
          of low degree.
  LUK 1:53
   He hath filled
          the hungry
             with good things;
      and the rich
         he hath sent
             empty away.
  LUK 1:54
   He hath holpen
          his servant Israel,
      in remembrance
          of his mercy;
  LUK 1:55
   As he
       spake to our fathers,
          to Abraham,
             and
                to his seed
                   for ever.
  LUK 1:67
   And his father Zacharias
         was filled
            with the Holy Ghost,
          and prophesied,
             saying,

  LUK 1:68
   Blessed
       be the Lord God
          of Israel;
             for he
         hath visited
            and redeemed
               his people,

  LUK 1:69
   And hath raised
          up an horn
              of salvation
                  for us
                     in the house
                        of his servant David;
  LUK 1:70
   As he
       spake by the mouth
           of his holy prophets,
      which have been
         since the world began:
  LUK 1:71
   That we
       should be saved
          from our enemies,
      and from the hand
          of all that hate us;
  LUK 1:72
   To perform
         the mercy
            promised
               to our fathers,
      and to remember
          his holy covenant;
  LUK 1:73
   The oath
        which he
           sware to our father Abraham,

  LUK 1:74
   That he
         would grant unto us,
      that we
         being delivered
            out of the hand
               of our enemies
       might serve him
          without fear,

  LUK 1:75
   In holiness
          and righteousness
        before him,
      all the days
          of our life.
  LUK 2:13
   And suddenly there was
          with the angel
              a multitude
                  of the heavenly host
               praising God,
                  and saying,

  LUK 2:14
   Glory to God
          in the highest,
             and
                on earth peace,
          good will
             toward men.
  LUK 2:20
   And the shepherds returned,
      glorifying and
         praising God
            for all
               the things that
            they had heard
               and seen,
      as it
         was told unto them.
  LUK 15:10
   Likewise,
      I say unto you,
         there is
            joy
        in the presence
           of the angels
              of God
                  over one sinner
        that repenteth.
  LUK 17:15
   And one of them,
      when he
         saw that
        he was healed,
           turned back,
          and
             with a loud voice
       glorified God,

  LUK 17:16
   And fell down
          on his face
              at his feet,
      giving him thanks:
         and
        he was a Samaritan.
  LUK 19:37
   And
        when
            he was come nigh,
      even now
         at the descent
            of the mount
               of Olives,
      the whole multitude
         of the disciples
            began
               to rejoice
                  and praise
             God
                with a loud voice
                   for all
         the mighty
             works that
            they had seen;
  LUK 19:38
   Saying,
      Blessed
         be the King
            that cometh in the name
               of the Lord:
      peace in heaven,
         and glory
            in the highest.
  LUK 24:52
   And
        they worshipped him,
      and returned
          to Jerusalem
              with great joy:
  LUK 24:53
   And were continually
          in the temple,
      praising
         and blessing God.

   Amen.
  ACT 2:46
   And they,
      continuing daily
          with one accord
              in the temple,
      and breaking bread
          from house to house,
      did eat their meat
          with gladness
              and singleness
                 of heart,

  ACT 2:47
   Praising God,
      and having
         favour
            with all the people.

   And the Lord
       added
          to the church
daily such as should be saved.
  ACT 4:24
   And
       when
            they heard that,
      they lifted
         up their voice
            to God
               with one accord,
              and said,
                 Lord,
              thou art God,
                 which hast made
       heaven,
              and earth,
                 and the sea,
              and all
                 that in them is:
  ACT 16:25
   And at midnight
       Paul
            and Silas prayed,
      and sang
         praises unto God:
      and the prisoners
         heard them.
  ROM 11:36
   For of him,
      and through him,
         and to him,
      are all things:
         to whom
       be glory
          for ever.

   Amen.
  ROM 16:27
   To God only wise,
      be glory
          through Jesus Christ
              for ever.

   Amen.
  CO1 14:15
   What is it then?

   I will pray
          with the spirit,
      and I
         will pray
       with the understanding also:
      I will sing
          with the spirit,
      and I
         will sing
            with the understanding also.
  EPH 1:3
   Blessed
         be
            the God
          and Father
             of our Lord Jesus Christ,
      who hath blessed us
          with all spiritual blessings
       in heavenly places
          in Christ:
  EPH 3:20
Now unto him that is able
to do exceeding abundantly above all
            that
        we ask
             or think,
      according to
         the power
            that worketh in us,

  EPH 3:21
   Unto him be glory
          in the church
              by Christ Jesus
                  throughout all ages,
      world without end.

   Amen.
  EPH 5:19
   Speaking
          to yourselves
              in psalms
          and hymns
              and spiritual songs,
      singing
          and making melody
             in your heart
                to the Lord;
  PHI 4:20
   Now unto God
          and our Father
             be glory
                for ever and ever.

   Amen.
  TI1 1:17
   Now unto the King eternal,
      immortal,
         invisible,
            the only wise God,
      be honour
         and glory
            for ever and ever.

   Amen.
  HEB 2:12
   Saying,
      I will declare
         thy name
            unto my brethren,
      in the midst
         of the church
       will
          I sing
             praise unto thee.
  HEB 13:15
By him therefore let us offer
          the sacrifice
             of praise
          to God continually,
             that is,
                the fruit
                   of our lips
       giving
          thanks
             to his name.
  JAM 5:13
   Is any
          among you afflicted?
      let him pray.

   Is any merry?
      let him sing psalms.
  PE1 1:3
   Blessed
         be
            the God
          and Father
             of our Lord Jesus Christ,
      which according to
         his abundant mercy
             hath begotten us again
                unto a
           lively hope
          by the resurrection
              of Jesus Christ
                  from the dead,

  PE1 2:9
   But
        ye are a chosen generation,
           a royal priesthood,
              an holy nation,
                 a peculiar people;
      that ye
         should shew
            forth the praises
               of him
        who hath called
           you out of darkness
          into his marvellous light;
  PE1 4:11
   If any man speak,
      let him
         speak
        as the oracles
           of God;
      if any man minister,
         let him
            do it as
               of the ability
            which God giveth:
      that God
          in all things
             may be glorified
                through Jesus Christ,
      to whom
         be praise
            and dominion
               for ever and ever.

   Amen.
  PE1 5:11
   To him
       be glory
          and dominion
             for ever and ever.

   Amen.
  PE2 3:18
   But grow
          in grace,
      and
         in the knowledge
            of our Lord
               and Saviour Jesus Christ.

   To him
       be glory both
          now and
             for ever.

   Amen.
  JUD 1:25
   To the
          only wise God our Saviour,
      be glory
          and majesty,
             dominion
         and power,
            both now
          and ever.

   Amen.
  REV 1:6
   And hath made us kings
          and priests
             unto God
                and his Father;
      to him
         be glory
            and dominion
               for ever and ever.

   Amen.
  REV 4:8
   And the four beasts
       had each
          of them six wings
              about him;
      and
         they were full of
            eyes within:
      and they
         rest
            not day and night,
          saying,
             Holy,
          holy,
             holy,
          LORD God Almighty,
             which was,
          and is,
             and is
          to come.
  REV 4:9
   And
        when those beasts
           give
                 glory
                    and honour
              and thanks
                 to him
                that sat
                   on the throne,
      who liveth for ever
          and ever,

  REV 4:10
   The four
          and twenty elders
       fall down
          before him
             that sat
                on the throne,
      and worship him that
         liveth for ever
            and ever,
      and cast
          their crowns
             before the throne,
          saying,

  REV 4:11
   Thou art worthy,
      O Lord,
         to receive
            glory
         and honour and power:
            for thou
       hast created
           all things,
      and for thy pleasure
         they are
            and were created.
  REV 5:9
   And
        they sung
           a new song,
          saying,
             Thou art worthy
                to take the book,
          and
             to open the seals
         thereof:
            for thou
       wast slain,
      and hast redeemed us
          to God
              by thy blood
                  out of every kindred,
      and tongue,
         and people,
      and nation;
  REV 5:10
   And hast made us
          unto our God kings
              and priests:
      and
         we shall reign
       on the earth.
  REV 5:11
   And I beheld,
      and I
         heard
            the voice
               of many angels round
                  about the throne
                     and the beasts
                        and the elders:
      and the number
         of them was
            ten thousand times ten thousand,
      and thousands of thousands;
  REV 5:12
   Saying
          with a loud voice,
      Worthy
         is
            the Lamb
               that
                  was slain
                     to receive power,
                  and riches,
                     and wisdom,
                  and strength,
                     and honour,
                  and glory,
                     and blessing.
  REV 5:13
   And every creature
         which is in heaven,
      and on the earth,
         and
            under the earth,
      and such as are
          in the sea,
      and all
         that are in them,
            heard
        I saying,
           Blessing,
          and honour,
             and glory,
          and power,
             be unto him that
                sitteth upon the throne,
          and
             unto the Lamb
                for ever and ever.
  REV 5:14
   And the four beasts said,
      Amen.

   And the four
          and twenty elders
       fell down
          and worshipped him
         that liveth for ever
            and ever.
  REV 7:9
   After this
         I beheld,
            and,
          lo,
             a great multitude,
                which no man
       could number,
          of all nations,
             and kindreds,
          and people,
             and tongues,
          stood
             before the throne,
          and
             before the Lamb,
          clothed
             with white robes,
          and palms
             in their hands;
  REV 7:10
   And cried
          with a loud voice,
             saying,
          Salvation
             to our God
         which sitteth upon the throne,
            and
               unto the Lamb.
  REV 7:11
   And all
          the angels
       stood round
          about the throne,
      and
         about the elders
            and the four beasts,
      and fell
          before the throne
             on their faces,
          and worshipped God,

  REV 7:12
   Saying,
      Amen:
         Blessing,
      and glory,
         and wisdom,
      and thanksgiving,
         and honour,
      and power,
         and might,
      be unto our God
          for ever and ever.

   Amen.
  REV 11:6
   These have
         power to shut heaven,
      that it
         rain not
            in the days
               of their prophecy:
      and have
         power over waters
             to turn them
                to blood,
      and
         to smite the earth
       with all plagues,
      as often as they will.
  REV 11:17
   Saying,
      We give
         thee thanks,
            O LORD God Almighty,
               which art,
          and wast,
             and art to come;
      because
         thou hast taken
            to thee
               thy great power,
      and hast reigned.
  REV 14:2
   And I
       heard
          a voice
             from heaven,
      as the voice
          of many waters,
      and as the voice
          of a great thunder:
      and
         I heard
            the voice
               of harpers
       harping with their harps:
  REV 14:3
   And
        they sung as it
       were a new song
          before the throne,
      and
         before the four beasts,
      and the elders:
         and no man
       could learn
          that song
             but the hundred
          and forty
              and four thousand,
      which were redeemed
          from the earth.
  REV 14:7
   Saying
          with a loud voice,
             Fear God,
          and give
         glory to him;
            for the hour
               of his judgment
       is come:
      and worship him
         that made heaven,
      and earth,
         and the sea,
            and the fountains
               of waters.
  REV 15:3
   And they
         sing
            the song
               of Moses
          the servant
              of God,
      and the song
          of the Lamb,
             saying,
          Great
        and marvellous
       are
          thy works,
             Lord God Almighty;
      just and true
         are thy ways,
      thou King
          of saints.
  REV 15:4
   Who shall not fear thee,
      O Lord,
         and glorify
            thy name?
               for thou only art holy:
                  for all nations
       shall come
             and worship
                 before thee;
                    for thy judgments
       are made manifest.
  REV 19:1
   And
        after these things
           I heard
          a great voice
             of much people
                in heaven,
              saying,
                 Alleluia;
      Salvation,
         and glory,
      and honour,
         and power,
            unto the Lord our God:
  REV 19:2
   For true
       and righteous
          are his judgments:
             for he
         hath judged
             the great whore,
      which did corrupt
          the earth
             with her fornication,
      and hath avenged
          the blood
             of his servants
                at her hand.
  REV 19:3
   And
        again
            they said,
      Alleluia And her smoke
         rose up
            for ever and ever.
  REV 19:4
   And the four
          and twenty elders
        and the four beasts
           fell down
          and worshipped
         God that
            sat
          on the throne,
             saying,
          Amen;
      Alleluia.
  REV 19:5
   And a voice
       came
          out of the throne,
             saying,
                Praise our God,
          all
             ye his servants,
          and
             ye that fear him,
          both small
       and great.
  REV 19:6
   And
        I heard as it
       were the voice
           of a great multitude,
      and as the voice
         of many waters,
      and as the voice
          of mighty thunderings,
             saying,
          Alleluia:
for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.
  REV 19:7
   Let us
         be glad
             and rejoice,
      and give
         honour to him:
            for the marriage
               of the Lamb
       is come,
      and his wife
         hath made herself ready.
