The wicked
shall be turned into hell,
and all
the nations that
forget God.
If I
ascend up
into heaven,
thou art there:
if I
make my bed
in hell,
behold,
thou art there.
Her feet
go down to death;
her steps
take hold on hell.
The way of life
is above
to the wise,
that he
may depart
from hell
beneath.
Withhold not correction
from the child:
for if
thou beatest him
with the rod,
he shall not die.
But
I say unto you,
That whosoever
is angry
with his brother
without a cause
shall be
in danger
of the judgment:
and whosoever
shall say
to his brother,
Raca,
shall be
in danger
of the council:
but whosoever
shall say,
Thou fool,
shall be
in danger of hell fire.
And
if thy
right
eye
offend thee,
pluck it out,
and cast it
from thee:
for it
is profitable
for thee that one
of thy members
should perish,
and
not
that thy whole body
should be cast
into hell.
And
if thy
right hand
offend thee,
cut it off,
and cast it
from thee:
for it
is profitable
for thee that one
of thy members
should perish,
and
not
that thy whole body
should be cast
into hell.
Enter
ye in
at the strait gate:
for wide
is the gate,
and broad
is the way,
that leadeth to destruction,
and many
there be
which go in thereat:
And fear not them which
kill the body,
but are not able
to kill the soul:
but
rather fear him which
is able
to destroy both soul
and body
in hell.
The field
is the world;
the good seed
are the children
of the kingdom;
but the tares
are the children
of the wicked one;
The enemy that
sowed them
is the devil;
the harvest
is the end
of the world;
and the reapers
are the angels.
As therefore
the tares
are gathered
and burned
in the fire;
so shall
it be
in the end
of this world.
The Son of man
shall send
forth his angels,
and they
shall gather
out of his kingdom
all things that offend,
and them which
do iniquity;
And shall cast them
into a furnace
of fire:
there shall be wailing
and gnashing
of teeth.
So shall
it be
at the end
of the world:
the angels
shall come forth,
and sever
the wicked from
among the just,
And shall cast them
into the furnace
of fire:
there shall be wailing
and gnashing
of teeth.
And
I say also
unto thee,
That thou art Peter,
and
upon this rock
I will build
my church;
and the gates
of hell
shall not prevail
against it.
Woe unto you,
scribes
and Pharisees,
hypocrites!
for ye
compass sea
and land
to make one proselyte,
and
when he
is made,
ye make him twofold more
the child
of hell
than yourselves.
Ye serpents,
ye generation
of vipers,
how can
ye escape
the damnation
of hell?
Take
therefore the talent
from him,
and give it
unto him which
hath ten talents.
For unto every one
that hath
shall be given,
and
he shall have abundance:
but from him that
hath not
shall be taken away even that
which he hath.
And cast
ye the unprofitable servant
into outer darkness:
there shall be weeping
and gnashing
of teeth.
Then shall
he say also
unto them
on the left hand,
Depart from me,
ye cursed,
into everlasting fire,
prepared
for the devil
and his angels:
And these
shall go away
into everlasting punishment:
but the righteous
into life eternal.
And
if thy hand
offend thee,
cut it off:
it is
better for thee
to enter
into life maimed,
than having two hands
to go into hell,
into the fire
that never shall be quenched:
And
if thy
foot
offend thee,
cut it off:
it is
better for thee
to enter
halt into life,
than having two feet
to be cast
into hell,
into the fire
that never shall be quenched:
And if thine
eye
offend thee,
pluck it out:
it is
better for thee
to enter
into the kingdom
of God
with one eye,
than
having
two eyes
to be cast
into hell fire:
But
I will forewarn
you whom
ye shall fear:
Fear him,
which after he
hath killed
hath
power
to cast
into hell;
yea,
I say unto you,
Fear him.
And in hell
he lift
up his eyes,
being
in torments,
and seeth Abraham
afar off,
and Lazarus
in his bosom.
And he
cried
and said,
Father Abraham,
have mercy on me,
and send Lazarus,
that he
may dip
the tip
of his finger
in water,
and cool
my tongue;
for I
am tormented
in this flame.
And
beside all this,
between us
and you
there is
a great gulf fixed:
so that
they which
would pass from
hence to you cannot;
neither can
they pass to us,
that would come
from thence.
Who shall be punished
with everlasting destruction
from the presence
of the Lord,
and
from the glory
of his power;
And the tongue
is a fire,
a world
of iniquity:
so is the tongue
among our members,
that it
defileth the whole body,
and setteth
on fire
the course
of nature;
and it
is set
on fire
of hell.
For if God
spared not
the angels
that sinned,
but cast
them down
to hell,
and delivered them
into chains
of darkness,
to be reserved
unto judgment;
And the angels
which kept not
their first estate,
but left
their own habitation,
he hath reserved
in everlasting chains
under darkness
unto the judgment
of the great day.
I am
he that liveth,
and was dead;
and,
behold,
I am alive
for evermore,
Amen;
and have
the keys
of hell
and of death.
And I looked,
and behold
a pale horse:
and his name
that sat
on him was Death,
and Hell
followed with him.
And power
was given
unto them
over the fourth part
of the earth,
to kill
with sword,
and with hunger,
and with death,
and
with the beasts
of the earth.
And the fifth angel sounded,
and
I saw
a star fall
from heaven
unto the earth:
and to him
was given
the key
of the bottomless pit.
And
he opened
the bottomless pit;
and there arose
a smoke
out of the pit,
as the smoke
of a great furnace;
and the sun
and the air
were darkened
by reason
of the smoke
of the pit.
The same
shall drink
of the wine
of the wrath
of God,
which is poured out
without mixture
into the cup
of his indignation;
and
he shall be tormented
with fire
and brimstone
in the presence
of the holy angels,
and
in the presence
of the Lamb:
And
the smoke
of their torment
ascendeth up
for ever
and ever:
and they
have
no rest day
nor night,
who worship
the beast
and his image,
and whosoever
receiveth
the mark
of his name.
And the beast
was taken,
and with him the false prophet
that wrought miracles
before him,
with which
he deceived them
that had received
the mark
of the beast,
and them
that worshipped
his image.
These both
were cast alive
into a lake
of fire
burning with brimstone.
And the devil
that deceived them
was cast
into the lake
of fire
and brimstone,
where the beast
and the false prophet are,
and shall be tormented day and night
for ever and ever.
And the sea
gave up
the dead
which were in it;
and death and
hell
delivered
up the dead
which were in them:
and
they were judged every man
according to their works.
And death
and hell
were cast
into the lake
of fire.
This is the second death.
And whosoever
was not found
written
in the book
of life
was cast
into the lake
of fire.
But the fearful,
and unbelieving,
and the abominable,
and murderers,
and whoremongers,
and sorcerers,
and idolaters,
and all liars,
shall have their part
in the lake
which burneth
with fire
and brimstone:
which is the second death.
