Go ye therefore,
and teach
all nations,
baptizing them
in the name
of the Father,
and of the Son,
and
of the Holy Ghost:
Teaching them
to observe all things
whatsoever
I have commanded you:
and,
lo,
I am with you alway,
even unto the end
of the world.
Amen.
And
ye are
witnesses
of these things.
Say not ye,
There
are yet
four months,
and
then cometh harvest?
behold,
I say unto you,
Lift
up your eyes,
and look
on the fields;
for they
are white already
to harvest.
And he
that reapeth
receiveth wages,
and gathereth fruit
unto life eternal:
that both
he that
soweth
and he
that reapeth
may rejoice together.
And herein is
that saying true,
One soweth,
and
another reapeth.
I sent you
to reap
that whereon
ye bestowed
no labour:
other men laboured,
and
ye are entered
into their labours.
And
ye also shall bear witness,
because
ye have been
with me
from the beginning.
Go,
stand and speak
in the temple
to the people all
the words
of this life.
And
he commanded us
to preach
unto the people,
and to testify
that it
is he
which was ordained
of God to be
the Judge
of quick and dead.
For thou
shalt be his witness
unto all men
of what thou
hast seen and heard.
But rise,
and stand
upon thy feet:
for I have appeared
unto thee
for this purpose,
to make
thee a minister
and a witness both
of these things which
thou hast seen,
and
of those things
in the which
I will appear
unto thee;
Delivering thee
from the people,
and
from the Gentiles,
unto whom now
I send thee,
To open their eyes,
and
to turn them
from darkness
to light,
and
from the power
of Satan
unto God,
that they
may receive forgiveness
of sins,
and inheritance
among them which
are sanctified
by faith
that is in me.
So,
as much as
in me is,
I am ready
to preach
the gospel to you
that are at Rome also.
For though
I preach
the gospel,
I have nothing
to glory of:
for necessity
is laid upon me;
yea,
woe is unto me,
if I
preach not
the gospel!
For if I
do
this thing willingly,
I have a reward:
but
if against my will,
a dispensation
of the gospel
is committed unto me.
For we
preach not ourselves,
but Christ Jesus
the Lord;
and ourselves
your servants
for Jesus' sake.
For the love
of Christ
constraineth us;
because
we thus judge,
that if one
died
for all,
then were all dead:
And all things
are of God,
who hath reconciled us
to himself
by Jesus Christ,
and hath given
to us the ministry
of reconciliation;
Now
then
we are ambassadors
for Christ,
as though God
did beseech
you by us:
we pray you
in Christ's stead,
be ye
reconciled
to God.
Unto me,
who am less than the least
of all saints,
is this grace given,
that I
should preach
among the Gentiles
the unsearchable riches
of Christ;
And
to make all men
see
what is the fellowship
of the mystery,
which from the beginning
of the world
hath been
hid in God,
who created all things
by Jesus Christ:
And he
gave some,
apostles;
and some,
prophets;
and some,
evangelists;
and some,
pastors
and teachers;
For which
I am an ambassador
in bonds:
that therein
I may speak boldly,
as I
ought to speak.
But as we
were allowed
of God
to be put in
trust
with the gospel,
even so
we speak;
not as pleasing men,
but God,
which trieth our hearts.
And the things
that thou
hast heard of me
among many witnesses,
the same
commit
thou to faithful men,
who shall be able
to teach others also.
I charge thee
therefore before God,
and the Lord Jesus Christ,
who shall judge
the quick
and the dead
at his appearing
and his kingdom;
Preach the word;
be instant
in season,
out of season;
reprove,
rebuke,
exhort
with all longsuffering
and doctrine.
But watch
thou
in all things,
endure afflictions,
do the work
of an evangelist,
make full proof
of thy ministry.
For we
have not followed
cunningly devised
fables,
when we
made
known unto you
the power
and coming
of our Lord Jesus Christ,
but were eyewitnesses
of his majesty.
That which
we have seen
and heard
declare
we unto you,
that ye
also may have fellowship
with us:
and truly
our fellowship
is with the Father,
and
with his Son Jesus Christ.
