Speak
ye unto all
the congregation
of Israel,
saying,
In the tenth day
of this month
they shall take
to them every man
a lamb,
according to
the house
of their fathers,
a lamb
for an house:
And
ye shall keep it up
until the fourteenth day
of the same month:
and the whole
assembly of the congregation
of Israel
shall kill it
in the evening.
Seven days
shall there be
no leaven
found
in your houses:
for whosoever
eateth
that which
is leavened,
even
that soul
shall be cut off
from the congregation
of Israel,
whether he
be
a stranger,
or born
in the land.
All
the congregation
of Israel shall keep it.
And they
took
their journey
from Elim,
and all
the congregation
of the children
of Israel
came
unto the wilderness
of Sin,
which is between Elim
and Sinai,
on the fifteenth day
of the second month
after their departing
out of the land
of Egypt.
And the whole congregation
of the children
of Israel
murmured
against Moses
and Aaron
in the wilderness:
And Moses
spake unto Aaron,
Say
unto all
the congregation
of the children
of Israel,
Come near
before the LORD:
for he
hath heard
your murmurings.
And it
came
to pass,
as Aaron
spake unto the whole congregation
of the children
of Israel,
that they
looked toward
the wilderness,
and,
behold,
the glory
of the LORD
appeared
in the cloud.
And
if the whole congregation
of Israel
sin
through ignorance,
and the thing
be hid from the eyes
of the assembly,
and
they have done somewhat
against any of the commandments
of the LORD concerning things
which
should not be done,
and are guilty;
And the elders
of the congregation
shall lay
their hands
upon the head
of the bullock
before the LORD:
and the bullock
shall be killed
before the LORD.
Wherefore have
ye not eaten
the sin
offering
in the holy place,
seeing
it is most holy,
and God
hath given it
you
to bear the iniquity
of the congregation,
to make atonement
for them
before the LORD?
Bring forth him
that hath cursed
without the camp;
and let all
that heard him
lay
their hands
upon his head,
and let all
the congregation
stone him.
For the LORD's portion
is his people;
Jacob is the lot
of his inheritance.
Yet have
I set
my king
upon my holy hill
of Zion.
Lord,
who shall abide in
thy tabernacle?
who shall dwell
in thy holy hill?
Save thy people,
and bless
thine inheritance:
feed them also,
and lift them up
for ever.
Thy throne,
O God,
is for ever
and ever:
the sceptre
of thy kingdom
is a right sceptre.
The king's daughter
is all glorious
within:
her clothing
is of wrought gold.
O deliver not
the soul
of thy turtledove
unto the multitude
of the wicked:
forget not
the congregation
of thy poor
for ever.
And delivered
his strength
into captivity,
and his glory
into the enemy's hand.
God is greatly
to be feared
in the assembly of the saints,
and
to be had
in reverence
of all
them that
are about him.
The LORD
hath prepared his throne
in the heavens;
and his kingdom
ruleth over all.
Praise ye the LORD.
I will praise the LORD
with my whole heart,
in the assembly of the upright,
and
in the congregation.
Judah was his sanctuary,
and Israel
his dominion.
They shall speak
of the glory
of thy kingdom,
and talk
of thy power;
To make
known
to the sons
of men his mighty acts,
and the glorious majesty
of his kingdom.
Thy kingdom
is an everlasting kingdom,
and thy dominion
endureth throughout all generations.
Praise ye the LORD.
Sing
unto the LORD
a new song,
and his praise
in the congregation
of saints.
O my dove,
that art
in the clefts
of the rock,
in the secret
places
of the stairs,
let me
see thy countenance,
let me
hear thy voice;
for sweet
is
thy voice,
and thy countenance
is comely.
A garden inclosed
is my sister,
my spouse;
a spring shut
up,
a fountain sealed.
I am come
into my garden,
my sister,
my spouse:
I have gathered
my myrrh
with my spice;
I have eaten
my honeycomb
with my honey;
I have drunk
my wine
with my milk:
eat,
O friends;
drink,
yea,
drink abundantly,
O beloved.
I sleep,
but my heart waketh:
it is
the voice
of my beloved
that knocketh,
saying,
Open to me,
my sister,
my love,
my dove,
my undefiled:
for my head
is filled
with dew,
and my locks
with the drops
of the night.
And it
shall come
to pass
in the last days,
that the mountain
of the LORD's house
shall be established
in the top
of the mountains,
and shall be exalted above
the hills;
and all nations
shall flow
unto it.
And many people
shall go
and say,
Come ye,
and let us
go up to
the mountain
of the LORD,
to the house
of the God
of Jacob;
and
he will teach us
of his ways,
and
we will walk
in his paths:
for out of Zion shall go
forth the law,
and the word
of the LORD
from Jerusalem.
Whom the LORD
of hosts
shall bless,
saying,
Blessed be Egypt
my people,
and Assyria
the work
of my hands,
and Israel mine inheritance.
Thy people
also shall be all righteous:
they shall inherit the land
for ever,
the branch
of my planting,
the work
of my hands,
that I
may be glorified.
And
they shall call them,
The holy people,
The redeemed
of the LORD:
and
thou shalt be called,
Sought out,
A city not forsaken.
Many pastors
have destroyed
my vineyard,
they have trodden
my portion
under foot,
they have made
my pleasant portion
a desolate wilderness.
I will feed
my flock,
and
I will cause them
to lie down,
saith the Lord GOD.
And
he said unto me,
Son of man,
the place
of my throne,
and the place
of the soles
of my feet,
where I
will dwell
in the midst
of the children
of Israel
for ever,
and my holy name,
shall
the house
of Israel no more defile,
neither they,
nor their kings,
by their whoredom,
nor
by the carcases
of their kings
in their high places.
I will also gather
all nations,
and will bring
them down
into the valley
of Jehoshaphat,
and will plead
with them
there for my people
and for my heritage Israel,
whom
they have scattered
among the nations,
and parted my land.
Thus saith the LORD;
I am returned
unto Zion,
and will dwell
in the midst
of Jerusalem:
and Jerusalem
shall be called a city
of truth;
and the mountain
of the LORD
of hosts
the holy mountain.
And saying,
Repent ye:
for the kingdom
of heaven is at hand.
From that time Jesus
began to preach,
and to say,
Repent:
for the kingdom
of heaven is at hand.
Blessed are the poor in spirit:
for theirs
is the kingdom
of heaven.
Blessed
are
they which
are persecuted
for righteousness' sake:
for theirs
is the kingdom
of heaven.
Whosoever therefore shall break one
of these
least commandments,
and shall teach men so,
he shall be called the least
in the kingdom
of heaven:
but whosoever
shall do
and teach them,
the same
shall be called great
in the kingdom
of heaven.
For I
say unto you,
That except
your righteousness
shall exceed
the righteousness
of the scribes
and Pharisees,
ye shall in no
case
enter
into the kingdom
of heaven.
Thy kingdom come,
Thy will be done
in earth,
as it is in heaven.
But seek
ye first
the kingdom
of God,
and his righteousness;
and all these things
shall be added
unto you.
And as ye go,
preach,
saying,
The kingdom
of heaven is at hand.
But
if I cast
out devils
by the Spirit
of God,
then
the kingdom
of God
is come
unto you.
And
I say also
unto thee,
That thou art Peter,
and
upon this rock
I will build
my church;
and the gates
of hell
shall not prevail
against it.
Verily
I say unto you,
There
be
some standing here,
which shall not taste
of death,
till they
see the Son
of man
coming in
his kingdom.
And
if he
shall neglect
to hear them,
tell it
unto the church:
but
if he
neglect
to hear the church,
let him
be unto thee
as an heathen man
and a publican.
And again
I say unto you,
It is easier
for a camel
to go through the eye
of a needle,
than for a
rich man
to enter
into the kingdom
of God.
Whether of them twain
did the will
of his father?
They say unto him,
The first.
Jesus
saith unto them,
Verily I
say unto you,
That the publicans
and the harlots
go
into the kingdom
of God
before you.
They say unto him,
He will miserably destroy
those wicked men,
and will let
out his vineyard
unto other husbandmen,
which shall render him
the fruits
in their seasons.
And
he shall reign
over the house
of Jacob
for ever;
and
of his kingdom
there shall be
no end.
And he
said
unto Jesus, Lord,
remember me
when thou
comest into thy kingdom.
And other sheep
I have,
which are not
of this fold:
them also
I must bring,
and
they shall hear
my voice;
and there shall be
one fold,
and one shepherd.
Jesus answered,
My kingdom
is not
of this world:
if my kingdom
were of this world,
then would
my servants fight,
that I
should not be delivered
to the Jews:
but now is my kingdom
not from hence.
Praising God,
and having
favour
with all the people.
And the Lord
added
to the church
daily such as should be saved.
Take heed therefore
unto yourselves,
and
to all the flock,
over the which the Holy Ghost
hath made
you overseers,
to feed the church
of God,
which he
hath purchased
with his own blood.
For we
are labourers
together
with God:
ye are God's husbandry,
ye are
God's building.
Know
ye not
that ye
are the temple
of God,
and
that the Spirit
of God
dwelleth in you?
If any man
defile the temple
of God,
him shall
God destroy;
for the temple
of God
is holy,
which temple
ye are.
For first of all,
when
ye come together
in the church,
I hear
that there be divisions
among you;
and
I partly believe it.
Yet in the church
I had rather
speak five words
with my understanding,
that by my voice
I might teach others also,
than ten thousand
words
in an unknown tongue.
If therefore
the whole church
be come together
into one place,
and all speak
with tongues,
and there come in
those
that are unlearned,
or unbelievers,
will
they not say that
ye are mad?
But
if there be
no interpreter,
let him
keep silence
in the church;
and let him
speak to himself,
and to God.
For God
is not the author
of confusion,
but of peace,
as in all churches
of the saints.
Let your women
keep silence
in the churches:
for it
is not permitted
unto them to speak;
but they
are commanded to be
under obedience
as also saith the law.
For I am
the least
of the apostles,
that am not
meet to be called
an apostle,
because
I persecuted
the church
of God.
And
what agreement
hath the temple
of God
with idols?
for ye are
the temple
of the living God;
as God
hath said,
I will dwell in them,
and walk in them;
and
I will be
their God,
and
they shall be
my people.
For ye
have heard
of my conversation
in time past
in the Jews' religion,
how that
beyond measure
I persecuted
the church
of God,
and wasted it:
But Jerusalem
which is
above is free,
which is the mother
of us all.
And as many
as walk
according to this rule,
peace be on them,
and mercy,
and upon the Israel
of God.
And hath put all things
under his feet,
and gave him to be
the head
over all things
to the church,
Which is his body,
the fulness
of him that
filleth all in all.
Now therefore
ye are
no more strangers
and foreigners,
but fellowcitizens
with the saints,
and of the household
of God;
In whom
ye also are builded together
for an habitation
of God
through the Spirit.
Of whom
the whole family
in heaven
and earth
is named,
Wives,
submit yourselves
unto your own husbands,
as unto the Lord.
Who now rejoice
in my sufferings
for you,
and fill up
that which
is behind of the afflictions
of Christ
in my flesh
for his body's sake,
which is the church:
But
if I
tarry long,
that thou
mayest know how thou
oughtest to behave thyself
in the house
of God,
which is the church
of the living God,
the pillar
and ground
of the truth.
But Christ
as a son
over his own house;
whose house
are we,
if we
hold
fast the confidence
and the rejoicing
of the hope firm
unto the end.
And having
an high priest
over the house
of God;
But ye
are come
unto mount Sion,
and unto the city
of the living God,
the heavenly Jerusalem,
and
to an innumerable company
of angels,
To the general assembly
and church
of the firstborn,
which are written
in heaven,
and
to God the Judge
of all,
and
to the spirits
of just men
made perfect,
Ye also,
as lively stones,
are built up
a spiritual house,
an holy priesthood,
to offer
up spiritual sacrifices,
acceptable
to God
by Jesus Christ.
Feed the flock
of God
which is among you,
taking the oversight
thereof,
not by constraint,
but willingly;
not for filthy lucre,
but of a ready mind;
Neither as being lords over God's heritage,
but being ensamples
to the flock.
The mystery
of the seven stars which
thou sawest in my right hand,
and the seven golden candlesticks.
The seven stars
are the angels
of the seven churches:
and the seven candlesticks which
thou sawest
are the seven churches.
Let us
be glad
and rejoice,
and give
honour to him:
for the marriage
of the Lamb
is come,
and his wife
hath made herself ready.
And to her
was granted
that she
should be arrayed
in fine linen,
clean
and white:
for the fine
linen is the righteousness
of saints.
And
he saith unto me,
Write,
Blessed
are
they which
are called
unto the marriage supper
of the Lamb.
And
he saith unto me,
These
are
the true sayings
of God.
And I John
saw the holy city,
new Jerusalem,
coming down
from God
out of heaven,
prepared
as a bride
adorned
for her husband.
And there came
unto me one
of the seven angels which
had the seven vials full of
the seven last plagues,
and
talked with me,
saying,
Come hither,
I will shew thee
the bride,
the Lamb's wife.
And the Spirit
and the bride say,
Come.
And let him
that heareth say,
Come.
And let him
that is athirst
come.
And whosoever will,
let him
take the water
of life freely.
